New in Release 24 - You can build Business Views on the web! Start first by adding a project in OMW Web. Once the project is created, highlight your new project, then click Add and choose the "OL Business View". Save the new object, then highlighting your new Business View in the Project Objects section, select the More Actions -> Design, and the new Business View Design screen will open:
