Ask Denovo - Getting Back To The Basics - General Accounting Integrities and Run Order

Recently a client in Southern California had an issue with financial integrities.Turns out they were not running all the integrities, thinking that since they only had one company there wasn't a need to run the ones that had "Company" in the description. Denovo thought this would be a great opportunity to remind JDE folks of all the General Accounting Integrities and the order in which they should be scheduled to run per MOS Doc 664780.1:

1. Transactions to Batch Headers (R007021) -
This builds missing headers.
2. Batch to Detail & Out of Balance (R007031) - This deletes empty headers.
3. Unposted Batches (R007011)
4. Companies in Balance (R097001) -
This prints amounts posted in a future period and adjustments posted to a prior year that are not in the balance forward amounts for an account.  This is useful information even for a single company.
5. Company by Batch Out of Balance (R09706)
6. Batches Out of Balance (R007032)
7. Intercompany Accounts in Balance (R097011)
8. Account Balance to Transactions (R09705)
9. Repost Account Ledger (R099102)
10. Accounts without Business Units (R097041)
11. Account Balance without Account Master (R097031)
12. Transactions without Account Master (R097021)
13. Foreign Account Balances (R09707)
