A key component of our service is our Service Desk. This ongoing service is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. This service is based on ITIL v4 framework thus ensuring best practices are applied across the entire operational landscape. If it worked yesterday and doesn’t work today, Denovo will own resolution with all teams, all vendors, etc. This service is provided to all Denovo Managed Services customers.
