Updated Note from the CEO

Dear Valued Denovo Customer,

This is a follow up to my message from last Thursday.  The health and safety of your employees and Denovo’s employees continue to be our priority.  Our Senior Leadership Team (SLT) is meeting daily to assess our response to the COVID-19 virus, as well as the changing needs of our customers.  Based on new guidance from the CDC, we are taking additional steps to protect our customers and employees from the spread of COVID-19 and to ensure continuity to support you and your business.

At Denovo, two-thirds of our employees work remotely on a regular basis and the rest of our employees are equipped to do so.  With this in mind, Denovo’s management team decided that effective tomorrow, March 18th, we are going to ask all employees to work from home and to suspend travel until further notice.  We will continue to assess the COVID-19 situation daily and will provide updates as our policy changes.

Business As Usual

We want to assure you that Denovo is here to support your business.  So even though our employees will be working remotely, we will continue operating in a “business as usual” mode.


All travel will be postponed until at least April 3rd.  We will re-evaluate the situation as we get closer to that date to determine when travel should resume.  If a situation arises that cannot be resolved remotely, please let us know and we will work with you on a solution.
