Before we continue on our UDO Refreshers, we wanted to take a little time to talk about newly released UDO's and how they need to be ""enabled"" in order to add your own.  When Oracle delivers UDO's to a version, you simply have to grant security access via the UDO Workbench (P98220U). However, if you want to create your own new UDO's, the UDO itself needs to be enabled. By default, there are only a handful of the UDO's enabled. Unfortunately you can't get to this screen directly. To enable the full lot of them, from P00950 (Security Workbench), take the Form exit to UDO Security then click Action.
