If you haven't seen any of the highlights yet of Tools Release 9.2.26.2, here are a few you can use to help your case with IT to get upgraded:
1. Form Extension and Personal Forms now have the ability to highlight multiple objects at one time to click-drag-drop more efficiently and help with accuracy with alignments!
2. Form Extensions can now be created in PowerForms!
3. Enterprise Process Modeler is now fully open to allow you to build your own Process Model of any JDE tables and processes!
4. Improved Hover experience now has a smaller set of information in the hover (with the optional click for additional details and a 3 second delay before the hover pop-up to "reduce the noise" users experience when simply moving their mouse around their screen!
5. Viewing and printing Event Rules is now possible in OMW Web!
6. Oracle Guided Learning can now be fully integrated in the Orchestrator Studio!
