There's a ton of excitement about Widgets - all well-deserved! This week Ask Denovo wanted to share an issue that has come up at least four times that this author is aware of. "Why can't I see Widgets as an option when working with Composed Pages?" This week's post answers that concern, especially since the setting isn’t as intuitive to get to as one would wish. First things first, though – you must be on Release 25 Tools 9.2.9.4. (See MOS Document 3096658.1 for more information.)
To display Widgets on a Composed Page, the Content on the Composed Page must be enabled. This is done from the Security Workbench (P00950), Form, User Defined Object -> Content. Select any row where the Feature is COMPOSITE:
Then click on the WIDGET access to make it green:
