Every year Oracle provides live workshops and helpful documentation to step through the Year End processing. This year is no different!  

JDEdwards:  If you create 1099's, W-2's, 1095's, or T4's from your JDE instance, then you'll want to make a bookmark of this Oracle document, Doc ID 1450327.2 which is an "Information Center" document. 
This has links to documents and recordings for each of these year-end processes.  

EBS:  For 1099's Oracle updates the same document each year under Doc ID 209913.1. 
For W2's check Oracle's End of Year Processing Using Oracle HRMS (US) on Doc ID 255466.1. 

Oracle Cloud: For 1099's, you can refer to Fusion Accounts Payable's Updated for 2023 - Common Questions Related to 1099 Reporting on Doc ID 1999746.1. For payroll processing in all countries Oracle Payroll Cloud services (e.g., US, UK, Puerto Rico, Canada, etc.), you can reference Information Center Doc ID 2661318.2.

PeopleSoft:  For 1099 Reporting, check out this Information Center Doc ID 2901387.2. Canada year-end payroll forms have Doc ID 1256724.1 while the US and US Territories have Information Center Doc ID 2982457.2.
