[This week's video](https://youtu.be/QkEvmoNUAWY) steps through attaching the Logic Extension in the application itself via a Form Extension button.

 

Although not called out specifically, the Logic Extension can also be attached to a field's action in the application as well. For example, clicking on Associate Orchestration opens this pop-up and changes your cursor to have a small black arrow on it when you move it off the pop-up. Clicking on a column (the example below) shows the options at which point the Logic Extension (or Notification or Orchestration) can be triggered:
