CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
David Shimoni - Chief Executive Officer
David has a well-rounded and successful business experience consisting of over 30 years of executive positions at global tech companies. Most recently, David was the President and CEO of PlumChoice, a PE-backed company that delivers tech-enabled support services to the SMB and consumer markets. There, he led the company through a major improvement in financial performance and service quality resulting in the acquisition by Allstate Insurance.
Prior to that, David was the President and CEO of Mformation Software Technologies, a leading provider of mobile device management (MDM) solutions. There, he repositioned the company for high growth in the IoT market leading to the acquisition by Alcatel-Lucent. Prior to that, David held C-level roles at technology companies in the telecom, IoT and enterprise software markets including, Networks In Motion (acquired by TSYS) and Comverse Technologies. David holds an MBA degree from Columbia Business School and a BSc degree in Electrical Engineering from NYU Polytechnic School of Engineering.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
David MacGrandle - Chief Financial Officer
David brings over 30 years of financial and operational leadership to Denovo for his role as Chief Financial Officer. He was most recently Chief Financial Officer and VP Operations at Theatro, a start-up technology company. Prior to that he was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Vazata where he guided the company’s growth from entrepreneurial start-up to a mid-sized hosting and colocation provider.
David was Chief Financial Officer at Fusepoint where he played a significant role in Fusepoint’s exponential profitable growth eventually leading to its $124.5 million acquisition by Savvis (CenturyLink). Prior to Fusepoint, he was Chief Financial Officer of Masergy Communications. David held executive positions at EDS, CapRock Communications and Excel Communications where he was responsible in various roles for strategic planning, operations, corporate development, business development and controllership. Mr. MacGrandle is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in Texas, and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). He holds an MBA and MSMAS from the University of Texas at Dallas, and a BS degree in Applied Mathematical Sciences from Texas A&M University.

Paul Cioni - CTO & EVP, Operations
Paul is an experienced technology, architecture, operations, and product management professional with more than twenty-five years of experience in the managed services market space. Prior to joining the Denovo team, Paul had customer and delivery-focused roles at Velocity Technology Solutions, NaviSite Inc., netASPx, ServiceNet, and Andersen Consulting / Accenture.
Paul served in leadership roles including Chief Technology Officer, Chief Information Security Officer, SVP Operations, SVP Sales and Marketing, SVP Sales Operations. He began his career in service to our nation as an Engineer Officer in the United States Army. Paul holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Chris Gartner - Chief Revenue Officer & EVP
Chris has an impressive leadership background working in ERP and Cloud Services. His experiences in leading technology and services companies spans an achievement-filled 25 years. Prior to joining Denovo, Chris served as Managing Partner and CRO with Triumph Consulting helping organizations improve sales, build a customer-centric culture, grow organically, scale product offerings and services and leverage acquisition potential in the most effective and efficient manner. He spent four previous years with Velocity Technology Solutions as Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing.
Formerly Chris was VP Strategic Accounts, leading sales efforts in the HCM space for Oracle’s largest accounts, such as: Talent Managements solutions, including PeopleSoft, Taleo, Fusion, Oracle EBS HCM and JDE HR (all software and SaaS solutions). Prior to that role, Chris held the title of VP, Aerospace & Defense, Oracle Applications, responsible for sales in North America for Aerospace & Defense. Chris is a graduate of Fairfield University, Fairfield, Connecticut.

Emily Bracken - SVP of People
Emily has over 12 years of experience in human resources in the consulting industry. She is responsible for payroll, benefit plan design and administration, 401(k) administration, talent acquisition, training, and employee integrations in mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to Denovo, she was managing the human resource function for AMX International, Inc., acquired by Denovo in 2012. Emily is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and graduated from Brigham Young University- Idaho with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology with an emphasis in Business and Psychology.
Don Landrum - EVP, Sales
As Executive Vice President of Sales, Don is responsible for the overall strategy and execution of Denovo’s Consulting Services business. During the last 25 years, Don has been involved in executive leadership roles throughout the Oracle partner community. While at Sirius Computer Solutions, Don was responsible for the startup of Sirius JD Edwards business.
Over a five-year period, he successfully grew the business to be the largest JD Edwards reseller in North America. Sirius Computer Solutions consulting business was later acquired by CD Group in 2001, in which Don continued as a strategic resource. While at CD Group, he served in several Senior Leadership roles including Sales, Consulting, and Managed Services including serving as the Chief Operations Officer from July 2015 through September 2016.

Michael Gibson - EVP of Consulting & Application Managed Services
Michael Gibson is a seasoned Vice President with over 20 years of implementation experience and 30 years of management experience. Michael has experience with EnterpriseOne and World Financial, Project Costing, HR/Payroll, distribution, manufacturing, transportation and warehouse implementations.
Michael has over twenty years of experience in various aspects of engineering, design, software development, manufacturing and manufacturing support and project management. Consulting experience includes development, procurement, transportation, manufacturing assembly operations, application implementation of all aspects of ERP as well as integration of support interfaces.
VP & ORACLE PRACTICE LEADER
Susan Szymanski - VP & Oracle Practice Leader
As the VP & Oracle Practice Leader, Susan is responsible for the enablement of Denovo’s Oracle Solutions Architecture Team, guiding the team in the scoping, sizing, and pricing for Denovo Professional Services.
Susan has extensive knowledge of ERP systems, having started her JD Edwards career within development, building development teams and methodology to support the full development life cycle within JD Edwards projects. Susan's role then expanded into project management and leadership roles, serving as Director of Development at CD Group and Vice President of Delivery for Denovo.
VP, FP&A BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Erica Wein - VP, FP&A Business Operations
Erica brings 12 years of finance and business operations experience to Denovo. Skilled in financial modeling, business intelligence, and business process improvement she is a highly dedicated, enthusiastic leader known for her ability to motivate others and deliver results.
She worked for Lockheed Martin for over 6 years, and Anexinet for 2 year before joining Denovo as the Business Operations Manager. Erica graduated with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and Master of Science in Finance (M.S.F.) from Northeastern University, preceded by a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado.

Kim Brennan - VP of Operations & Service Management
Kim is an experienced IT professional with over 15 years in managed services roles providing solutions and delivering infrastructure operations, application operations, customer relationship management and service management operations including ITIL, Network Operations Center and Service Desk.
Over her 35 year career she has server in leadership roles at Sears, Discover Card, DXC Technology (formerly CSC), T-Systems (Deutsche Telekom), and Sirius Computer Solutions serving in various roles including Regional Director of IT Quality and Enterprise Service Management, Global Director, Enterprise Service Management, and VP, IT Infrastructure Service Support. Kim holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a minor in Computer Science from Lock Haven University.

Bill Grimmer - VP of Customer Experience Management
Bill has an extensive background in ERP systems such as JD Edwards, Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, and SAP. He worked in internal IT ERP support for many years before moving into customer account management roles. Bill is focused on building and maintaining customer relationships resulting in higher customer satisfaction.
Prior to joining Denovo, Bill lead Customer Program and Account Management teams at managed services companies like Corio, IBM and Velocity.
Bill holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Campbell University and BA degree in Computer Science from East Carolina University.

William Mahoney - VP, Information Security & CISO
William is an accomplished IT Executive and CISO with over 14 years of experience in spearheading the secure delivery, management, design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise-wide application, information, infrastructure, and business system solutions to support organizational performance and robust security.
William is a recognized leader, applying high-impact technical solutions to major business objectives, with capabilities that transcend IT operation boundaries. He is committed to helping Denovo achieve maximum benefit from its IT investment, through meticulous research, development, and implementation of technologies.

Rush Brar - VP of Application Technology
Rush has more than 20 years of experience working with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne implementations and consultations across multiple industries, including automotive, professional services, public sector, real estate, and more. He is also a JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Configurable Network Computing Certified Specialist.
Rush has an extensive background in architecture design, sizing and buildout, as well as the administrative end of implementations, upgrades, foundation updates, QSoftware, and more.

Phil Myrant - VP of Innovation
As Vice President of Products and Innovation, Phil is responsible for managing and developing Denovo software products, including Denovo on Demand (DoD), Quick Calculators, Quick Calculators for Cloud, and Equipment IQ for asset-intensive businesses.
In leading Denovo’s Innovation Team, Phil is driving new tools and capabilities to improve the quality of service and information provided to Denovo customers. Phil has a diverse background that spans over 30 years and includes experience as a software developer and designer, project and program manager, consulting Vice President, solutions architect, and software development leader.
With experience at Leprino Foods, Andersen Consulting, Sirius Computer Solutions, CD Group, and now Denovo, Phil has well-rounded expertise across multiple software frameworks.
Denovo is backed by a M/C Partners, a well-funded private equity firm that historically commits a significant amount of equity in their investments. M/C Partners combines broad company building knowledge to guide companies from early stages to profitability and ultimately to successful exits. They take an active role in their investments, working closely and effectively with management teams to deliver success and strong investment returns.
